The Safe Haven provides an evening and weekend drop-in style café for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or their carer. The drop-in centre offers a safe, calm and friendly welcome for people and carers in need of emotional and mental support - no appointment is needed.

This groundbreaking approach to mental health crisis care was based on the suggestions and requests of people who actually use the service and has proved remarkably effective, bringing about a reduction in local acute psychiatric admissions to hospital.
