Did you know that many GP practices have formed patient participation groups or are working towards setting one up?

A group may come together to meet or it may be 'virtual' i.e. people get involved through email and practice websites. Members have opportunities to have a say and to be involved in decisions about the range and quality of services at their GP practice. They can provide 'grassroots' feedback and so help to make improvements.

To find out more ask the Practice Manager at your GP surgery for information. You can also visit the Our practices section of our website to find GP practice contact details and websites.
